SUGARSPELLCO is a luxury bakery based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you order, subscribe or contact us, and how we use and protect it.

When you place an order, request a custom cake, track an order, subscribe to our newsletter or contact us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, order details and any reference photos you upload. We also collect basic technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.
3. How we use it
We use your data only to fulfil and deliver your orders, respond to enquiries, send order updates, process payments, and — if you opt in — send newsletters about new collections and offers. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Payments
Card and online payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Safepay). We do not store your full card details on our servers.
5. Sharing
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the business — for example our payment processor and delivery partners — and only to the extent required to complete your order or as required by law.
6. Newsletter & consent
You join our newsletter only by entering your email yourself. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe option, and you can ask us to remove you at any time by emailing us.
7. Data retention & security
We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, warranty and legal purposes, then delete them. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and access is restricted to authorised staff.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop marketing to you. Contact us and we will action reasonable requests promptly.
9. Cookies
We use only the essential cookies and local storage needed for the site to function (such as remembering your cart). We do not use invasive third-party advertising trackers.
