What is SUGARSPELLCO?+
SUGARSPELLCO is a luxury bespoke bakery based in Lahore, Pakistan, founded by pastry chef Areeba Amir. We handcraft made-to-order cakes, cupcakes and desserts for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and celebrations, and deliver across Pakistan.
Where are you based and do you deliver across Pakistan?+
We are based in Lahore, Punjab. We deliver locally across Lahore and nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery is arranged when we confirm your order, and pickup from our atelier is also available.
How much does delivery cost?+
Home delivery is free on orders over PKR 1,500. For smaller orders a delivery fee applies, shown clearly at checkout, and pickup from our atelier is always free.
How far in advance should I place my order?+
We recommend ordering a bespoke cake at least 3–5 days ahead, and 1–2 weeks for large or multi-tier wedding cakes. For urgent dates, send your request anyway and we'll tell you right away whether we can fit it in.
Can I order a fully custom cake design?+
Yes — bespoke design is what we do best. Use the Customize Your Order form to share your theme, cake weight, flavours, fillings and the date you need it, and attach a reference photo if you have one. Our Lahore pastry chef reviews your design and confirms the details and a price with you on WhatsApp within 24 hours.
What ingredients do you use?+
We bake with premium ingredients, including Belgian chocolate and French butter, so every cake tastes as considered as it looks. Tell us about any allergies or dietary needs in your order and we'll advise on what we can accommodate.
How do I pay?+
You can pay securely online via Safepay, which supports debit and credit cards, JazzCash and Easypaisa. For bespoke orders, we can also confirm payment with you directly on WhatsApp once your design and price are agreed.
Do you make wedding cakes?+
Yes. We create bespoke wedding cakes, from elegant single tiers to large multi-tier centrepieces with sugar flowers and fine detailing. Wedding and large multi-tier cakes need 1–2 weeks' notice, so please reach out early to secure your date.
What are your hours?+
Our atelier hours are Tuesday to Sunday, 10am to 8pm. You can browse and place orders on the website at any time, and we respond to WhatsApp messages during atelier hours.
How do I track my order?+
Visit the Track Order page and enter your order number (sent when you order) together with the phone number on the order. Any Pakistani format of that number works, and tracking is not case-sensitive.
